1. Introduction

TrueTestify ("we", "our", or "us") provides a testimonial management platform. By accessing or using TrueTestify, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use TrueTestify. You agree to provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure.

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account
• All activity under your account
• Content you upload
• Ensuring uploaded content complies with applicable laws

4. Media Unit (MU) System

TrueTestify operates using a Media Unit (MU) system. Each testimonial type consumes a defined number of Media Units. Your plan determines your MU limit. If you exceed your plan limit:

• New testimonials may be locked
• Locked testimonials are not publicly displayed
• No content is deleted
• Upgrading your plan unlocks testimonials within your new MU limit.

5. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly unless otherwise stated. You may upgrade or downgrade at any time. Payments are processed by third-party providers. We reserve the right to change pricing with notice. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload unlawful or fraudulent content
• Violate intellectual property rights
• Attempt unauthorized access
• Interfere with platform operation

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance or technical issues may occur.

8. Limitation of Liability

TrueTestify is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of New York.
