TrueTestify provides a platform for collecting, managing, and displaying video and written testimonials, before-and-after content, and public reviews. We may add, change, or remove features at any time as our platform evolves.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account, and you're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You're responsible for all activity that happens under your account, so let us know right away if you suspect unauthorized use.

You agree not to misuse TrueTestify — this includes uploading unlawful, misleading, or infringing content, attempting to disrupt or reverse-engineer our systems, or using the platform to harass, defraud, or impersonate others.

You retain ownership of the testimonials, videos, and other content you submit. By submitting content, you grant TrueTestify a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute it as part of providing our services, including on your behalf where you've enabled sharing.

TrueTestify's platform, branding, and underlying technology are our property or that of our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of our intellectual property to you.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis unless otherwise stated. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law, and we'll notify you in advance of any pricing changes that affect your subscription.

Our platform may integrate with third-party services, such as social media or review platforms. We aren't responsible for the content, policies, or practices of these third parties, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.

TrueTestify is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TrueTestify won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, even if we've been advised of the possibility of such damages.

You agree to indemnify and hold TrueTestify harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access to TrueTestify if you violate these Terms or misuse the platform. You may stop using our services and close your account at any time.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which TrueTestify is incorporated, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, technology, or legal requirements. We'll post any changes on this page and update the "last updated" date at the top.
